We have invested heavily in the latest technology equipment such as the Caroliner chassis machine, computerized measuring system, inverter spot welder and inverter MIG welder to return your vehicle to the manufacturer’s specifications.
Keeping up to date with new construction methods is important, therefore we invest in our people with ongoing I-Car training. I-Car certified technicians ensure the repair is done correctly.
Refinish

The ‘all-important’ part in the repair process. This is where perfection is a must.At Autocraft we have an experienced team of refinishers who will give your vehicle the perfect paint job with the lustre and shine it deserves.
We only use the best materials, Spiers Hecker paint, a leading German paint brand, which is part of the Axalta Coatings Group. This paint system is the latest waterborne technology which helps keep our environment safe and clean.
Using cutting edge technology, a computerised spectrometer is used to read, measure and match each vehicles colour to perfection.
Our refinish facility has a premium, full downdraft, Thermomechanica bake oven spray booth to fully cure your vehicles paintwork.

INSURANCE PROCESS

CLAIM
Phone your insurance company and lodge a claim. Specify Autocraft Panelbeaters as your repairer. (We can help you with this step if required. Call us here.)

ASSESSMENT
Contact Autocraft or bring your vehicle in for damage analysis and images. We will then liaise with your insurance company.

APPROVAL
Once the assessment has been approved by your insurance company, we will contact you to arrange a suitable booking date.

REPAIRS
We carry out the required repair, refinish and quality control processes.

PICK UP
Autocraft will notify you when your vehicle will be ready for collection. Payment of insurance excess if required.
